These terms cover the same programme sold under two names — The AI-Chosen Business™ and The AI CMO Method™. Both refer to the same RM497 seven-module course, referred to below as "the Method".

The AI CMO Method is a self-study online program: seven pre-recorded modules, downloadable templates and prompt packs, a period of live group Q&A, access to a private community, and time-limited access to our software tools. It is educational and informational. It is not a done-for-you service, and it is not professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
We make no income claims. We do not promise, project or imply any level of revenue, profit, leads, sales, search ranking, AI citation or traffic. Any figures shown in our marketing — agency retainers, staff salaries, market benchmarks — are third-party market cost references, not earnings representations, and not a statement about what you will achieve.
What we do promise is a mechanism: a defined system to install, and a measurable score that reflects whether you installed it. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort and factors outside anyone's control.
The Method carries a specific, mechanism-based guarantee described in full in our Refund Policy. In summary: run the scan on Day 1, complete Module 01 (the Foundation Sprint), re-scan, and if your Foundation Score has not moved you may request a full refund within the window set out in that policy. The guarantee is settled on the Foundation Score only — the component made up of signals you directly control. It is deliberately not settled on rankings or AI citations, because nobody can honestly guarantee those on a clock.
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the materials for your own business. You may apply everything you learn in your own business, and in businesses you are directly employed by or engaged to advise.

All content, software, trade marks and the name The AI CMO Method remain our property. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these restrictions are breached.
Tool access is included for the periods stated at purchase (currently 12 months for the Brand Scanner and 6 months for the ORM Monitor). The tools are provided on an "as is" basis. They read publicly available data and third-party APIs; we do not warrant that every result is complete, current or error-free, and third-party APIs may change or become unavailable. Fair-use limits apply — the tools are for your own business, not for running a scanning service for others. We may set reasonable rate limits.
The live Q&A runs for the number of weeks stated at purchase, on a schedule published inside the member area. Sessions may be rescheduled; where they are, we will notify members in advance. The community is moderated. Spam, recruitment for other offers, abuse and sharing of paid materials will get you removed without refund.
The the Circle membership is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at signup. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month; monthly subscription fees already charged are not refunded. Cancelling the Circle does not affect your Method access.
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise and include any applicable Malaysian service tax. Payment is taken by [PAYMENT GATEWAY]. Founding-cohort pricing applies only while stated on the sales page. Currency conversion and any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Method, the tools or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
The Method teaches you to work with platforms we do not control — Google, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, OpenAI and others. Their rules, features, algorithms and pricing change without notice, and we are not responsible for those changes or for any action they take against your accounts. This site is not part of, or endorsed by, any of them.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and will not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. We would much rather sort out any problem by email first — write to support@robinooi.com.my.
